Like it or not, if you are going to operate your boat on the UK inland waterways you will need a valid boat safety certificate. These have to be obtained every four years before you can renew you licence.
If you have been through the process before and you have a favoured examiner then that's excellent, however, if you are new to this process or are looking for someone different then I'm your man :)
